Hatsuhana, translated "cherry blossom", has been a pioneer of the Japanese restaurant market since 1976, seving the finest sushi in midtown NYC. Furthermore, the chefs pay special attention to the origens of the fish being served, whether coming from Japan, Spain, New England or anywhere else in the world.
When asked about the challenges of sourcing quality fish in the US, Chef Keita Sato says that it is not a problem when working with OP. He adds that historically, OP is not only consistently reliable, but has also been able to source exclusive specialty items.
